Chest day hai bhai… dumbbell press ne strength expose kar di, incline press ne upper chest ko reality dikha di, aur cable fly ne last rep tak ego nichod diya 😮💨🔥
Push karte waqt sirf weight nahi, omfort zone bhi peeche reh jaata hai. Chest kaam kar rahi hai,
aur posture ke saath confidence bhi full pump mein hai 💪
Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai, par routine tight ho raha hai — kyunki jo roz push karta hai, wahi crowd se alag dikhta hai 💯
